Every four years, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) releases its Infrastructure Report Card, which reviews the condition of our nation’s assets across 16 categories of transportation, energy, water resources, public facilities, and waste management. Following the national report card, ASCE prepares a report card for each state.
Alpha 3 provided project management and project controls support for the capping and closure of three coal combustion residual (CCR) storage facilities located throughout southern Maryland. The program was initiated pursuant to a Consent Decree signed by NRG MD Ash Management and Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) in April 2013.
