Marnie has taken the lead role in staff onboarding, client relationship management, and sales. She has over 30 years of experience in, sales, account management, and staff management. Marnie has been responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns and managing a staff of up to 50 personnel.

Stephanie has overall responsibility for managing client engagement. This includes understanding customer needs, developing synergies with clients and partners, and determining how our services will add value to our clients’ bottom lines. Stephanie works with technical services managers to define requirements, develop proposals, and ensure customer success.
Senior Partner & General Counsel
Melissa is responsible for ensuring that company operations are performed in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations, negotiating contract terms, and avoiding and resolving any potential disputes. She also serves as the trustee for the company’s profit‐sharing plan. Melissa has an extensive background in civil law including professional liability, commercial litigation, employment, and contract matters.
Director of Projects
Mark provides direct oversight of client projects to achieve safety, scope, budget, and schedule goals. Mark is responsible for the effective oversight of cost, productivity, and quality to ensure successful execution. His responsibilities include development and execution of project management and controls programs, staffing, oversight, and management.
