Melissa is responsible for ensuring that company operations are performed in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations, negotiating contract terms, and avoiding and resolving any potential disputes. She also serves as the trustee for the company’s profit‐sharing plan. Melissa has an extensive background in civil law including professional liability, commercial litigation, employment, and contract matters.
Melissa is a gifted attorney, licensed in multiple jurisdictions, and is a member of many associations including the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Professional Liability and Women in the Law Committees. She has also served pro bono as a Montgomery Child Advocacy Program (MCAP) Advocate. She was named in Philadelphia Magazine’s SuperLawyers as a Rising Star in 2012, 2013, 2014.
