Alpha 3 provided engineering, design, and drafting services on numerous electric utility breaker replacement projects for Sargent & Lundy. The scope of work included protection and controls, layout, and detailed design for the replacement of oil circuit breakers with gas circuit breakers at substations in the Baltimore area.
