Alpha 3 is pleased to announce our certification as both a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ). We look forward to supporting PANYNJ projects both directly and as a subcontractor. Alpha 3’s experience in program management, project controls, and dispute resolution on complex urban infrastructure projects is well suited to supporting PANYNJ’s assets.
