Alpha3 developed and updated the CPM schedule for this new municipal building for Woolwich Township, NJ.
Resolution of Steel Frame and Roof Detail Issues
This unique building was composed of three pre-engineered buildings, joined together at a central hub. Issues addressed during construction included resolution of steel framing and roof detailing issues, in order to complete enclosure. Alpha3 met with the contractors and construction manager to facilitate a joint meeting where the framing and roof detailing issues were incorporated into the schedule. Resolution of the issues was expedited, and the project was completed successfully.
