Alpha3 developed CPM schedules for this road improvement, drainage, and sanitary sewer installation in West Windsor Township, NJ. Schedules were developed using both Primavera P3 and Microsoft Project 2007.

As noted by the Township of West Windsor:

The Meadow Road Reconstruction Project Phase I extends Meadow Road to the Carnegie Center Connector Road and Meadow Road Overpass eliminating the old curvature of the road.  In addition, the project included the reconstruction and widening of Meadow Road from the Presbyterian Church, in front of Duck Pond Park, out to Carnegie Center Drive. The project also included the installation of a new gravity sanitary sewer line from the Meadow Lane apartments to Clarksville Road. This sewer line will service the garden apartment complex under construction on Clarksville Road, and represents the first phase in the eventual decommissioning of the Duck Pond Run pump station.  The flow for this gravity line will feed into the D and R Canal Interceptor.

Mayor Hsueh stated, “This major road reconstruction project will benefit our residents and all who travel through West Windsor.  This is one of a number of old, out-dated roads and intersections being improved by West Windsor to carry all of today’s traffic modes -- especially for pedestrians and cyclists.”

The road was re-opened in June 2010.
