Alpha3 provided dispute resolution services including delay analysis, issues analysis, and cost analysis for the general contractor for the construction of the Bordentown Library addition and renovation.

The principal issues included structural coordination and scope changes made by architectural bulletin. Alpha3 performed a delay analysis, provided an expert report, and provided dispute resolution support services to the general contractor. The claims were settled without trial.
